A hard hat, safety glasses, hi-vis, gloves and steel-capped boots, plus a recent council tax, water, gas, electric or landline bill for the address the asbestos came from. A mobile phone bill is not accepted. Wrap the asbestos twice in heavy duty plastic and seal it.
If a contractor removed it
Asbestos taken out by a tradesperson is not accepted at the household weighbridges. If you are unsure whether a sheet or board is asbestos, do not touch it and get it checked.
