Why the council will not help much
Trafford's terms say items must be outside the building but inside your property boundary by 6.30am, put out only that morning, and each one must be safe for two people to carry. Even assisted collections are ground floor only. A loft is mostly boxes, cases and odds and ends, and every item on a bulky order has to be listed and paid for in blocks of five.
