What to know
- A tall van, a high-top or a car with a roof box may not fit under the barrier
- The council says pick-up trucks cannot access the site
- Vans under 5.3 metres can come with a free permit, if they fit under the barrier
- Rubble: up to five 900mm by 600mm sacks a visit, from your own DIY
If your vehicle is too tall, Chichester Street in Rochdale has no barrier. Business waste is refused at both, including anything left by a builder you paid.
